Tun Dato' Seri Utama Ahmad Fuzi bin Haji Abdul Razak (born January 8, 1949) is a veteran Malaysian diplomat who served as the eighth Yang di-Pertua Negeri (Governor) of Penang from May 2021 to April 2025. He holds the historic distinction of being the first career diplomat to be appointed as the Governor of Penang.
Career and Diplomatic Service

Early Service: Born in Sungai Bakap, Penang, Tun Fuzi graduated from Universiti Malaya and joined the Malaysian Administrative and Diplomatic Service in 1972.

Foreign Postings: He built a distinguished 37-year career with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Wisma Putra), serving in Malaysian missions across Moscow, The Hague, Canberra, Washington, and Dhaka.

Top Leadership: He served as the Secretary-General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from 2001 until his retirement in 2009.

Summit Leadership: During his tenure, he played an integral role in organizing the 2003 NAM Summit and OIC Summit, as well as the 2005 ASEAN Summit.
Dato' Winston Tan Thye Wah

Dato’ Winston Tan Thye Wah, who concluded his service on 11 December 2025 after nearly 40 years of service with the Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM).
Born in 1965 and a native of Penang, he joined PDRM on 14 September 1986 and went on to hold various strategic positions in the Criminal Investigation Department as well as the Special Branch in Negeri Sembilan and Bukit Aman, before being appointed as the Head of the Penang Special Branch in 2025.
Among the distinguished responsibilities of Dato' Winston was being selected to lead specific security details for the Prime Minister of Malaysia during overseas assignments.
